Cointiply is my favourite faucet. It pays in BTC, LTC, DASH and DOGE. It's main feature is the hourly faucet, where you can earn anywhere from 22 coins ($0.0022) to whatever the jackpot is, (usually around 200,000 coins/$20) with about a 0.001% chance.

PTC ads
It has things called PTC ads, a bit like shortlinks but you just click the link, wait an amount of time, complete a captcha, and you are rewarded.
Offerwalls
Like (pretty much) every other faucet site, it has offerwalls where you get paid to sign up for something, play a game, etc.
Mobile ads
On their mobile app, they have an option which allows you to watch mobile ads and earn coins.
There's other things too, but I'm too lazy to cover them all so i've just done the most common ones XD.
